ABSTRACT The patient dose delivered by six C.T. Scanners operated in both head and body modes has been assessed. Surface and internal doses have been measured as well as scattered dose to the gonads. Estimates of the integral dose to the patient have been made on these data. Differences in delivered dose of up to a factor of eight are found between different models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
