| Abstrakt: | - EACA proved useful in controlling severe bleeding after renal biopsy. In 6 patients who required transfusion for prolonged or severe bleeding, haemorrhage ceased and no further transfusions were necessary after EACA therapy. No serious side-effects were encountered.
