Abstrakt:	SUMMARY Two patients with bilateral hypernephromata are described. From a consideration of the probable mechanisms of spread of metastases it was deduced that these were cases of bilateral primary hypernephroma. I would like to express my appreciation to Mr D. P. B. Turner for his enthusiastic help and encouragement in presenting this paper and also for allowing me to present the first case. My thanks are also due to Dr J.
