The article discusses The Leadership Challenge which is an evidence-based training program created to enhance personal leadership skills adopted by the U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD). It states that AMEDD adopted the program to enhance its officers' leadership skills. It says that the program is part of the courses offered by AMEDD which provides benefits to the attendees such as development of their teamwork skills, trust, and identification of their leadership strengths and weaknesses. |
