Abstrakt: |
NiFeO nanopowder was synthesized by co-precipitation method. Precursors were mixed in a desired stoichiometric ratio and calcined at about 800°C to get nickel ferrite nanopowder. The synthesized nickel ferrite was characterized by XRD. The structural parameters such as the lattice constant ( a), volume, average crystallite size ( D), texture coefficient (TC) and lattice strain (η) have been determined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
