The author argues on the state of mental health services in the U.S. in 2013. He relates the first line from Charles Dickens' "A Tale of Two Cities" to realities in mental health in the country. He is critical on the decline of funding for the public mental health service system. He also discusses the importance of understanding neurophysiological brain development among children and implementing regulation on gun control. |
