The article discuses various issues related to the jurisdiction on carriage of goods in the U.S. and England. It informs that jurisdictional provisions regulate carriage of goods by sea. It highlights the importance of jurisdiction in international litigation. It further informs about the inclusion of jurisdictional provisions under the Rotterdam Rules, the Brussels Regulation and the Hamburg Rules. |
