Abstrakt: | The article investigates the origins and history of Saison, also known as Farmhouse Beer. It states that Saison came from the complex divided culture and history of Belgium. Traditionally, it indicates that brewers produced Saison beer in the winter months and stored it for drinking in the summer. Moreover, it notes that beer is now brewed all year round using traditional methods. |
