The article focuses on the decision of the case International Development vs. Alliance for Open Society International Inc. in which the U.S. Supreme Court opened curtains on the act of the "unconstitutional conditions" doctrine. It states that the Second Circuit concluded that the Leadership Act adopt a policy opposing sex trafficking and prostitution in violation of the First Amendment. |
