Abstrakt: | An interview with Joris Kila, the 2012 ARCA Award for Art Protection and Security winner, is presented. When asked about the Austrian Society for the Protection of Cultural Heritage and Blue Shield Austria, he states that the Society's militia army officers are entrusted with most of the positions on the board. He cites the directives in the 1954 Hague Convention that must be followed by military. He explains that Intangible Cultural Heritage is comprised of cultural aspects. |
