Abstrakt: The article presents information on the important legal developments in different countries of Africa including Egypt, Ghana and Guinea in the year 2012. It informs that the Egypt's Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) ratified the Corruption of Political Life Law. It further informs that the Ghana Parliament passed the 2012 Local Government Act changing the geographic definition of declared municipalities.
