The article presents an examination into the history of the Moreno Cottage of Pensacola, Florida. Details are given describing the significance of the building, managed by West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc. Description is given of the family of Don Francisco Moreno and their connection to the home from 1778 onward. Accounts of later owners and residents of the house are provided. Further information is given noting the condition of the building as of 2013. |
