Abstrakt: The article discusses a state audit of California's Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), also known as Proposition 63. The state audit, which was released on August 15, 2013, found that the program has not been adequately monitored by state health officials. It was also found that roughly 7.4 billion U.S. dollars were directed to counties from fiscal years 2006-2007 through 2011-2012.
