Abstrakt:	The article discusses the author's experience with a car service chain. When he told someone in the shop about his problem with an airbag warning that kept coming on, he was given an option to replace or disconnect the airbag. The shop also lost his service logbook and failed to call him on the quote for an airbag replacement. When he took his car in the shop again to be serviced, a mechanic told him that it was illegal to disconnect an airbag.
