An essay is presented on persisting discrimination against races, gender, and gay people in American societies and the vitality of recognizing systemic privileges bestowed upon different identity categories. It discusses co-authorship privileges in context to the author's book "Privilege Revealed: How Invisible Preference Undermines America". It also presents insights into reflections of students in studying privileges. |
