Abstrakt: The article focuses on a study which investigated the silencing of molt-regulating transcription factor gene CiHR3. The study examined the impact of the double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) CiHR3 gene silencing on the growth and development of sugarcane stem borer Chilo infuscatellus. Study findings showed that feeding-based RNA interference can be used to manage Chilo infuscatellus.
