The article discusses the improvement of radiologists of their dictation to enhance efficiency and reimbursement in transcription activity. Particular focus is given to the impact of poor habits to the quality of dictation. It states that poor dictation is not all about accents, background noise, and speech patterns. According to transcription services manager Kathy Lengel, relaying accurate and complete data influences quality and timeliness of a radiologist's report significantly. |
