The article discusses several rulings in 2012 by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in cases which deal with patent law, including information on legal proceedings which address topics such as patentability, patent infringement, and statutes of limitation. Other topics include remedies and damages in patent-related lawsuits, as well as the case Fox Group, Inc. v. Cree Inc. which deals with disclosure under Title 35, Section 102(g) of the U.S. Patent Act. |
