Abstrakt: The authors discuss the proposed regulation by the European (EU) Commission in Brussels, Belgium aimed at giving the same legislation to all EU Member States for clinical trials on medicines. They emphasize the implementation of the legal form of regulation across the EU with no adaptation to ensure that there will be uniformity in application as opposed to a directive. The authors mention that the European Parliament examined the proposal for clinical trials regulation.
