Discusses the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach to orthopedic rehabilitation through the Royal Orthopedic Community Scheme (ROCS) initiated at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital in Birmingham, England. Provision of a seamless transition of care between the hospital environment and the patients' own homes; Development of a strong working relationship among members of the ROCS team. |
