Abstrakt: The article discusses the study on the connection between the ERCC2 751 Gln/Gln polymorphism at codon 751 and increased risk of leukaemic progression in Primary myelofibrosis (PMF) patients. The study states that patients were more prone to leucocytosis peripheral blood blasts. It also mentions that there were no significant correlation between genotypes such as AA, AC, and CC.
