Abstrakt: | The article presents information on a comparison of novel tests of neuromuscular function. It compares the alternating consecutive maximum contractions (ACMC) against standard strength test (SST). It has been concluded that ACMC can be used as an alternative or complementary test to SST to test the ability of rapid exertion of maximum forces. |
