Abstrakt: The article focuses on a knee surgery by Elmslie Trillat procedure, a surgical procedure to improve the alignment of knee. It states that the main source of this procedure is from the work of Cesar Roux, a Swiss surgeon from Lausanne, Switzerland. It mentions that in 1960 and 1970 the Elmslie Trillat procedure was used in treatment of patelofemoral pathology, pathology of knee.
