Abstrakt:	The article discusses the practice guidelines which review the factors influencing the voriconazole (VRCZ) pharmacokinetic profile conducted by the Japanese Society of Chemotherapy and the Japanese Society of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (JSTDM). It examines the data that support exposure-toxicity and exposure-effect relationships that cause difficulty for therapeutic drug monitoring for VRCZ. It also mentions indications for VRCZ therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM).
