| Abstrakt: | The article offers information on the use of metaphor in the persuasion process in the story telling. It informs that metaphors are used in the law and legal scholarship. It examines how metaphors work to make persuasion more easy and what makes them more or less effective, and how to avoid some of the common mistakes by using metaphors. Metaphors are important part of language which is a combination of humor, reiteration and insight, and creativity. |
