The article focuses on a study in Panama City, Panama which revealed that protection of wild dolphins does not necessarily translate into adherence to or even awareness of laws and regulations designed to ensure dolphins' well-being. It notes on the different user groups who participate in dolphin feeding and harrassment activity. It assesses the effectiveness of various education and outreach tools that were implemented. |
