Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the ways for transformation of leadership to raise collective resilience in times of crisis. It explores the adaptive leadership emphasized by Ronald Heifetz which is the change that enables the capacity of thriving in crisis environment. It suggests that the demands and opportunities of the digital age must be addressed by leaders rather than just the recognition of the importance of communication networks. |
