Abstrakt:	The article advises career services professionals on hiring international students in the U.S. It highlights the regulatory scope of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) on employer's rights and limitations on interviewing international students. It also offers guideline for employers on dealing with issues on national discrimination, visa sponsorship, and common student visas such as the F-1 Optional Practical Training and J-1 Academic Training.
