Participants of the present study were a drawn from a convenience sample of University of Nairobi undergraduate students enrolled in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Political Science, and Public Administration majors. The Attitudes Toward Organizational Policies and Procedures for Employees with Disabilities Scale of the Attitudes Toward Employing Persons With Disabilities Scale (ATEPD) measure was used to examine these students' attitudes toward employment of people with disabilities. Results showed that some independent variables were significantly related to attitudes toward employing persons with disabilities, whereas other variables were not related to this dependent variable.
