Abstrakt: | The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate the validity and reliability of a new method to measure contact and flight times during treadmill running. Researchers tested the method with 15 well trained runners. They found that it was valid, reliable and sensitive for detecting small differences in contact and flight times during treadmill running. |
