Abstrakt: The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate the impact topical cooling had on recovery from eccentric exercise induced muscle damage. Researchers evaluated 11 male subjects. They found that topical cooling seemed to delay rather than improve recovery from eccentric exercise induced muscle damage.
