| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the plantar approach for management of morton neuroma which allows transverse metatarsal ligament to be trim. It notes that the dorsal approach has been advocated to safety with complication rate lower than associated with the plantar approach. It highlights the four steps of the surgical approach which includes incision, exposure, resection and closure. It also mentions that after the surgery three patients complains for local parethesias with no recurrence of neuroma. |
