The article reviews and previews conferences, academic dissertations, an exhibition, and a meeting held by the French religious history society (Société d'histoire religieuse de la France) in France in 2012 and presents a letter to the editor. Topics include the conference on the process of canonization organized by medieval history professor Didier Lett at the Université Paris-VII Diderot (Paris) on May 3, 2012, the exhibition "Le Verbe et la Lettre. Trésors de bibliothèques bretonnes" to be held at the Galerie du cloître de Sainte-Anne d'Auray (Sainte-Anne d'Auray) from the 14th to the 17th of October, and the thesis "Les monastères de Cluny en Aquitaine (XIe-XIII-): essai de topography monastique" defended by Stéphane Lafaye on June 19, 2012. |
