Research of computer jacquard circular knitting machine rotation position detection.

Abstrakt: This paper researches computer jacquard circular knitting machine, which is made by Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. According to the ratio of transmission in the jacquard knitting machine mechanical transmission structure, the relationship between machine rotation position and encoder is calculated. It a analyzed the system error caused by the integer algorithm and the error elimination algorithm, used complex programmable logic device designs encoder acquiring circuit. To assure the acquiring data accurate, the anti-jamming methods and frequency multiplication methods are used. Software simulation is used to prove and verify the acquiring methods correct.
