Abstrakt: The article presents a study which assessed the reflection and prediction for cerebrospinal spinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers for axonal damage. The study performed baseline magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to patients with clinically isolated syndrome (CIS). The result of the study shows that there was an increase neurofilament levels in CIS.
