Abstrakt:	The article focuses on a longitudinal study of two serological and one antigen-based commercial diagnostic assays for the detection of Lawsonia intracellularis infection in pigs. The study compared the bioScreen Ileitis Antibody Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA), the lanco IFAT IleiTest and the Elanco Firsttest. The study concluded the disagreement between the results of the antigen-based test and the serological tests due to different measurement aspects.
