| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on a research regarding hydrogen producing abilities of Rhodopsedomonas palustris KU003 (Rps. palustris), a gram-negative purple non-sulfur bacterial species. According to the research, when Rps. palustris is immobilized on alginate then it induces higher production of hydrogen in malate, succinate and lactate containing medium. It also mentions that bacterial culture media containing glucose and sorbitol produce limited amount of hydrogen. |
