Haley, also known as Bess Haley, associate vice chancellor of the Office of Institutional Advancement and dean emeritus of the College of Human Sciences at Texas Tech University, to the field of family and consumer sciences (FCS). She has been recognized for her contributions to building programs and securing external funding. Information is given on her family and educational background as well as career experiences.
