| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which discusses the biochemical characterization and thermostability of bacteriocin brevibacillus brevis strain GM100. Bacillus brevis strain which exhibits antagonistic activities isolated from the rhizosphere of ononis angustissima plant underwent purification to determine its biochemical characterization. Results shows that the growth inhibition observed in tested microorganisms of GM100 was not affected by the catalase addition and hydrogen peroxide production. |
