The article focuses on the trends of training in hospitality industry. It says that hospitality training undergo changes, like the development of online training which can take advantage by employees. Jade Fitzgerald of Franklyn Scholar, registered training organisations (RTO) in Australia says that the integration of online training has resulted in a change of the way training is conducted. It mentions that integrated face-to-face and workplace training provide trainees with training quality. |
