Abstrakt: The article focuses on the growth of online social networking and the approaches of hotels to using social media. It mentions that growing doubt over social media amongst the accommodation industry, particularly in terms of return on investment (ROI) due to difficulty in measuring the ROI, considering the amount of time and resources it requires. It discusses the use of social media such as Twitter and Facebook by some hoteliers in innovative ways to engage with their customers.
