An interview with Wisconsin-based farmer Tim Clark is presented. He stresses his participation in the soy checkoff 's 2012 See for Yourself program in Mexico wherein he was surprised to see that food products are fortified with soy to improve the diets of Mexicans. He emphasizes the reason for his application to the See for Yourself program. He also mentions on the aspects for farmers to consider when applying for such program in 2013. |
