Abstrakt: Nowadays users receive a huge amount of data from different information systems that do not consider characteristics of the user such as location or device. This overwhelming amount of data difficult users to obtain relevant information fitting their needs and own characteristics and, in some cases, the information cannot be displayed because it does not match with the capabilities of the user's device so, for instance, multimedia files are sent to the users but they cannot see them correctly due to limitations in the device. If every information system sends data to each user and filters it based on his/her characteristics such as preferences and mobile context of use (e.g., location, connection time, access device features) the information overloading problem can be avoided. This paper presents an approach to enrich the user experience, called Agents for the Enrichment of Services (AES), an adaptation framework based on agents that provide users with information tailored to their specific needs, features, devices, and context, with the purpose of giving relevant information at the right moment, place, and device.
