Abstrakt: It is difficult to effectively control the contract fulfill rate of the long-term energy contracts when the monthly generation schedule is drawn up for unit maintenance, generation supply and demand changes, the new trades and other reasons. Especially in China annual basic energy contract really is a kind of long-term energy contract and occupies a huge proportion of the total annual generation for power plants. A rolling method for monthly generation schedule is proposed. First, adjust the annual basic energy contract with the same average proportion according to the system generation demand of the remaining months. Second, to meet the system generation needs of the remaining months, unit maintenance and the monthly trade generation and other constraints, the remaining annual basic energy contract is decomposed in the remaining months, draft the monthly generation schedules of the remaining months, while an adjustment algorithm is given for the result values which are out of the constraints of the load factor. Examples proved that the reasonable remaining monthly generation schedule values can be obtained within the constraints of the load factor while achieving the same contract fulfill rate of the annual basic energy contracts.
