The space wave radiation when electron move near metallic objects is called diffraction radiation and is used in nonrelativistic generators with opened resonators and reflecting gratings [1]. The diffraction radiation is also perspective for relativistic range after transition to spacely developed electron beams and electrodynamic structures, necessary for power shortwave microwave generation But the direct nonrelativistic diffraction electronics methods application to the relativistic range is difficult because the slow-wave system periods necessary for synchronism increase approximately to an order and became comparable with the wavelength, the field scatterings essentially increase, the same is with the interaction range dimentions (proportionally to the squared relativistic factor), the opened electro-dynamic system construction changes.
