Abstrakt:	The article examines issues that are frequently arising at universities concerning intellectual property in student inventions. It explores the rise of student entrepreneurship on college campuses, the importance of clear intellectual property ownership for startup venture and the challenging nature of student intellectual property issues. An overview of the patent and copyright doctrines concerning ownership of intellectual property in student inventions is provided.
