The article discusses the trend at suburban communities and outlying areas in Carmel, Indiana. It cites Zach and Courtney Dobson who have moved to Carmel and enjoy buying locally raised meat, because of the great sense of community from knowing the owners and partly due to the chance of walking around the area from their home on the edge of the Arts & Design District. It indiicates that a sense of urbanism has emerged in the outer rings of the suburbs of Indianapolis. |
