| Abstrakt: | The article presents the views of doll collectors Ajay Jensen and Don Jensen on the world of spin-off dolls. According to Ajay Jensen, spin-off dolls such as Little Lady compo dolls designed by Effanbee Doll Co. Inc. have inspired by the famous "Ladies of Fashion" historical dolls. Don Jensen has suggested various books that would be helpful in explaining the features of black dolls such as "The Definitive Guide to Collecting Black Dolls," written by Debbie Behan Garrett. |
