Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the study of published dormant Commerce Clause doctrine cases decided by the state and federal apellate courts during 1970-2009 including taxation cases to evaluate judicial behaviour. According to an assumption, diversity bias exists and in-state interests are favored over out-of-state interests in state courts more than in federal courts.
