Abstrakt: The article describes a study evaluating the effectiveness of coach supervised or unsupervised off-season conditioning regimes on various physical characteristics of adolescent rugby players. Subjects were tested for variables such as body composition, muscle strength, vertical jump, and running performance before and after a 15-week program. Researchers found greater postconditioning improvements in strength metrics in the supervised group, attributed to higher adherence and training loads.
